These Terms of Service govern access to TrainDontStop websites, TrainDontStop accounts, public Minecraft/Tamoria services, ranks, LearnAI courses, forum/community features, and other TrainDontStop services.
TrainDontStop provides website services, account services, public Minecraft/Tamoria services, ranks, LearnAI courses, forum/community features, and planned hosted Minecraft server services. Service features, plan limits, plugin availability, and technical paths may change over time.
Public-facing descriptions are summaries only. Exact order metadata, actual server configuration, and the paid order record control what is provisioned.
Some products or features may be unavailable until they are publicly launched.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, your credentials, and your panel access.
TrainDontStop may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, impersonation, abusive conduct, repeated payment issues, or prohibited use.
Paid TrainDontStop services are billed through the checkout provider shown during checkout. Billing terms are shown before purchase.
Your order is not treated as complete until payment verification succeeds. Server creation, provisioning, or reactivation may be delayed, denied, retried, or canceled if payment verification fails, the order is flagged for risk review, required metadata is missing, or the requested service cannot be safely fulfilled.
Pricing, plan details, and availability may change. Changes do not retroactively alter already-paid periods unless required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Any promotional offer is account-bound, limited in quantity, limited to the qualifying checkout tier, non-transferable, and may not be combined with creator, switcher, or other promotional paths unless TrainDontStop expressly states otherwise.
You may cancel future renewal billing through the billing path provided with your subscription or by contacting [email protected].
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically erase prior charges, reverse already-completed billing periods, or preserve data indefinitely after the paid term ends.
Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments may result in immediate suspension of affected services, account review, and loss of server access while the dispute remains unresolved.
You may not use TrainDontStop services for illegal activity, malicious activity, harassment, platform abuse, copyright infringement, evasion of enforcement, denial-of-service behavior, credential attacks, malware delivery, or other activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for the worlds, files, plugins, mods, packs, uploads, and user behavior associated with your server.
Forum Passengers and Traincars must also follow the Forum Track Rules. TrainDontStop has zero tolerance for child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, or any content that endangers children. Any such content or conduct will result in immediate permanent enforcement action. TrainDontStop will report apparent child exploitation or child sexual abuse material expeditiously to NCMEC’s CyberTipline and/or appropriate law enforcement, remove or quarantine suspected material from public access, avoid unnecessary viewing or copying, preserve legally appropriate account/report metadata and system records, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
TrainDontStop does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent data retention, guaranteed compatibility with every client or plugin, guaranteed performance for every modpack, or guaranteed recovery of corrupted or deleted data.
Backups, upkeep, moderation responses, plugin availability, and operational interventions may be limited, delayed, discretionary, or plan-dependent.
For hosted server services when available, interruptions, failed updates, hardware issues, upstream outages, third-party platform problems, human error, software defects, or other events outside TrainDontStop’s direct control may cause downtime, degraded access, rollback events, world corruption, or total world or data loss.
TrainDontStop will make reasonable efforts to prevent avoidable loss, preserve service stability, and restore service when practical, but customers remain responsible for keeping their own copies of important worlds, builds, uploads, or configuration data where possible.
TrainDontStop may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts, orders, or servers when needed to protect infrastructure, investigate abuse, comply with law, enforce policy, respond to nonpayment, or reduce operational risk.
Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent termination without restoration of server files.
TrainDontStop retains rights in its own branding, website materials, and original service content. You retain rights you lawfully hold in your own lawful server content, subject to the rights needed for hosting, storage, scanning, moderation, and delivery of the service.
You must not upload, host, distribute, or facilitate content you do not have the right to use.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TrainDontStop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from service use, outages, configuration issues, user conduct, third-party platform actions, or data loss.
If liability cannot be excluded, TrainDontStop’s total liability for a claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid by you to TrainDontStop for that specific service during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
Without limiting the rest of these terms, TrainDontStop is not responsible for downtime, service interruption, world loss, save corruption, or missing data caused by service changes, infrastructure failures, upstream providers, mod or plugin behavior, customer actions, or other causes outside TrainDontStop’s stated refund policy and direct operational control.
TrainDontStop may update these terms by publishing a revised version at this page. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
