Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

• Illegal activity or facilitating illegal activity
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, botnet control, exploit delivery, or denial-of-service behavior
• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or abuse of platform communication paths
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, hate-based abuse, or targeted disruption
• Copyright infringement or hosting content you do not have the right to use
• Attempts to bypass technical controls, safety controls, account restrictions, billing controls, or enforcement actions
• Resource abuse that degrades service for others

2. Minecraft-specific restrictions

• No use of the service to distribute or manage illegal cheats, malicious packs, exploit kits, or harmful binaries
• No server content that is clearly designed for network abuse, credential theft, malware delivery, or illegal distribution
• No repeated policy evasion through replacement accounts or replacement orders

3. Enforcement

TrainDontStop may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate accounts and servers that violate this policy, with or without prior notice when immediate action is necessary to protect systems or third parties.

4. Forum and child-safety rules

TrainDontStop Forum users are Passengers and communities are Traincars. Forum use must follow the Forum Track Rules.

TrainDontStop has zero tolerance for child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, or any content that endangers children. Any such content or conduct will result in immediate permanent enforcement action. TrainDontStop will report apparent child exploitation or child sexual abuse material expeditiously to NCMEC’s CyberTipline and/or appropriate law enforcement, remove or quarantine suspected material from public access, avoid unnecessary viewing or copying, preserve legally appropriate account/report metadata and system records, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
