2. Payment information

Checkout and billing are handled through the payment and subscription flow presented during checkout. TrainDontStop does not store full payment card numbers on its own website servers as part of the normal checkout flow.

Payment processors may collect and process billing information under their own terms and privacy policies.

TrainDontStop may need to retain records despite a request where retention is required for security, abuse handling, billing, legal compliance, or legitimate business operations.

8. Children

Use of TrainDontStop account and rental services is governed by the Age Policy. Accounts for children under 13 are not permitted.
