Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a service was not delivered, a duplicate charge occurred, or a technical issue prevented access, contact support with your account email, order ID, and a description of the issue.
Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, rule violations, or completed services that were used normally.
TrainDontStop services may include digital services, game servers, ranks, subscriptions, courses, and other account-bound features. Except where required by law or approved by TrainDontStop, completed services that were delivered and used normally are not automatically refundable.
No refund is promised after heavy usage, a full billing period of normal access, a change of mind, lack of use, forgotten cancellation, or customer-side configuration choices.
Duplicate charges, obvious billing errors, and accidental purchase requests may be reviewed for refund, credit, or correction. Contact support as soon as possible with the order ID and account email.
If payment completed but the purchased service was not delivered, or a TrainDontStop technical issue prevented access, support will review the issue and may approve a refund, credit, correction, or service extension depending on the facts.
Rental and server features may remain limited or controlled while backup, status, and restore tooling is finalized. Beta limitations do not create a blanket refund right, but real delivery failures should be reported.

Cancellation stops future renewal billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund already-billed time. If you believe a renewal was incorrect, contact support for review.

Chargebacks, reversed payments, and payment disputes may lead to immediate suspension of affected services, loss of access during review, and account restriction until the matter is resolved.

During beta, most requests are reviewed within 24-72 hours. More complex payment, fraud, or technical reviews may take longer.
Except where required by law, TrainDontStop does not provide refunds for completed subscription charges, partial billing periods, change-of-mind purchases, lack of use, forgotten cancellations, mod incompatibilities, player disputes, or world resets requested by the customer.
TrainDontStop may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund, credit, or correction for a duplicate charge, an obvious billing error, or a verified non-delivery event where payment completed but the purchased service was not provisioned within a reasonable time and the failure was not caused by missing customer data, risk review, policy violation, or third-party payment issues.
Promotional subscriptions or discounts, including any limited 100% promotional pricing, are account-bound offers with no cash value. They do not create a right to payment from TrainDontStop, are not transferable, and may be denied or revoked if used outside the qualifying tier or account path.
Downtime, instability, or world/data loss during promotional or hosted services do not by themselves create a refund right beyond the specific exceptions stated in this policy or any remedy required by law.
