Children under 13 may not create TrainDontStop accounts or purchase TrainDontStop TrainDontStop services.

1. Minimum age

TrainDontStop account creation and paid TrainDontStop purchases are intended for users age 13 and older.

2. Users age 13 to 17

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be responsible for the account, billing, and conduct tied to that account.

3. Under-13 accounts

If TrainDontStop learns that an account was created by or for a child under 13 in violation of this policy, TrainDontStop may suspend or remove the account and related data as appropriate.
