Beta Terms

Closed and Open Beta Terms

Effective date: May 16, 2026

These beta terms explain practical expectations while TrainDontStop features are actively being tested. They supplement the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and other posted policies.

This is operator-reviewable policy wording, not a promise of guaranteed uptime or a claim of lawyer review.

1. Beta platform state

TrainDontStop features may be updated, restarted, or recalibrated during beta. Bugs, downtime, feature changes, and temporary unavailability may happen while the platform is tested and improved.

2. CS2 beta systems

TDS CS2 ranks, Elo, and performance stats are TDS-owned systems and may be adjusted during beta as real match data comes in. Queue behavior, maps, moderation tools, anti-abuse systems, and public practice services may change during testing.

3. Minecraft and Tamoria

Tamoria and Minecraft services are actively monitored. Rules, economy values, ranks, rewards, portals, and gameplay settings may be adjusted to protect fairness, stability, and long-term play.

4. Rentals and store features

Server rental features may remain limited or controlled while backup, status, restore, and customer visibility tooling is finalized. Store and checkout availability may be limited or monitored during beta.

5. Moderation and abuse

Moderation, reporting, and trust systems are active. Abuse, exploits, cheating, harassment, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass platform rules may result in penalties, account restrictions, service removal, or other action subject to review.

6. Data and backups

Data loss prevention is a priority, but it is not an absolute guarantee. Backups exist where implemented, but some backup visibility, customer restore, and rental recovery features are still being built. TrainDontStop will make reasonable efforts to protect service data and recover from issues where practical.

7. Support during beta

Support is best-effort during beta. Critical access or payment issues receive priority. Users should report bugs, abuse, account problems, and payment issues through the account flow or Support.
