TrainDontStop may review, investigate, temporarily restrict access, preserve legally appropriate account/report metadata and system records, remove content, suspend services, or escalate matters as appropriate. Response time depends on severity, report quality, and operational availability.

TrainDontStop does not promise a fixed response time or a specific enforcement outcome for every report.

4. Child-safety emergencies

TrainDontStop has zero tolerance for child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, or any content that endangers children. Any such content or conduct will result in immediate permanent enforcement action.

TrainDontStop will report apparent child exploitation or child sexual abuse material expeditiously to NCMEC’s CyberTipline and/or appropriate law enforcement. TrainDontStop will remove or quarantine suspected material from public access, avoid unnecessary viewing or copying, preserve legally appropriate account/report metadata and system records, and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Do not open, download, copy, redistribute, attach, preview, or forward suspected illegal material. Send the URL, Traincar/post/comment context, username or display name, timestamp, and a factual description. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services.
